A note from Curtis at Vulken

What We Built Together

Two months of design, strategy and change, worked out over text messages.

Carl Watkins runs Carl Shawn Watkins Consulting™ and Courage2Connect Coaching™. He is an attorney, an author and a keynote speaker — and he is the person who texted me in July 2026 about a website.

This page is what came of it.

No agency, no project managers, no invoice for each change. Every single thing below was asked for in a text message and made the same week.

A square Vulken graphic: One small business owner. A website, a funnel, and a six-module course. Built over text messages.

The Work

Seven things, and a link to every one of them

Nothing on this list is a promise about a future build. It is all live on cswleadership.com right now, and you can click straight into it.

01

A site that sells his speaking

The Speaking & Workshops page puts legal departments and their teams first: the keynotes and workshops, the signature topics, his keynote formats of 45, 60 and 90 minutes, and a request form that reaches him by text and email the moment it is sent. Beneath the topics sits a whole section written from Carl’s own words — "What Makes Carl Different From Other Speakers," all seven points of it.

02

Proof that does the selling for him

The case studies carry the weight a sales conversation would otherwise have to. The Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office engagement with the McCann quote and the 25-of-25 rating, the Rebel Brown Law Group work on vulnerability and associate teams, and the Greater Vineland Chamber of Commerce summit built around the 73% associate turnover framing.

03

A lead magnet that captures the lead

The Attorney Leadership Trust Audit™ is Carl’s own free assessment, built onto the site as a real funnel: a landing page, a short form, and the full 28-statement audit with live scoring so a managing partner can take it in ten minutes and get their own Trust Score. Every request lands in his customers list and texts him, so the lead never depends on someone remembering to follow up.

04

A course, hosted on his own site

The Iron-Clad Leader Course lives on cswleadership.com rather than on somebody else’s platform: six modules, each with its own downloadable tool, behind an email sign-in for enrolled students. Carl can drop a lesson into any module and it appears where it belongs, and the members area was built from his own landing page copy — his headline, his docket, his price, his guarantee.

05

Writing that keeps the site alive

Every article and every case study Carl writes goes up as its own real page, in his voice, with his tables and his pull quotes laid out properly. Each one ends with the same block — his contact details, a way to book him, and a Share on LinkedIn button so a reader can put the piece in front of their own network in one tap.

06

Flyers he can actually share

The square social flyers are composed as single image files, so Carl can save one straight to his phone and post it, instead of wrestling with a design tool on a Sunday night. They sit on their own page alongside his book graphics and his official poster.

07

And all of it is still changeable

That is the whole point. He texts what he wants — a new price, a new post, a photo swapped, a whole new page — and it gets made without a project plan or a change order. Nearly two months in, the site is still moving as fast as he thinks out loud.

What It Costs

$19/mo

Everything included: the design, keeping the site up and secure, your own web address, business email at that address, changes whenever you want them, and a 60-day money-back guarantee.

“

The site looks amazing. I’m totally satisfied.
