Refer Someone. You Both Get a Free Session.
Most of my work comes from one person telling another about it. So I make both halves of that worth something.

You refer someone to me, for coaching or for a keynote or workshop.

When they book, you get a free session with me, on whatever you want to work on.

And the person you refer gets their first session free too, so neither of you pays to find out whether this works.
What I will not do is make your colleague feel like a lead in a funnel. If it is not a fit for their firm, I will tell them so plainly.
